What is Manufacturing?

Our manufacturing services support clients looking to innovate and develop entirely new products with expert formulation and testing assistance. You provide us with the concept of the product you want to create, and we handle the formulation, testing, and manufacturing for you. Once complete, you’ll receive a sample of your product to review its quality before final production. This includes a set of 16 finished units with bottles, jars, and tops. Additionally, you have the option to add design and printing services when placing your order. (Turnaround times vary based on the type of product and testing requirements.)

What is Wholesale?

Wholesale is basically Backbar products that come in gallons and already scented. Our Wholesale services caters to salons and barbershops that want to us and sale their own product. So, you're just buying our products in gallons to use on and/or sell to your consumers at your salon or barbershop. (1-2 Week Turnaround)

What is Private Labeling?

Our Private Label services caters to those that simply do not have the time to make their own products, so we formulated a ready to sale product for you. We also assist with logos, labels, and label printing and placing. This can be added at time of order. (2-3 Week Turnaround)

Are Naturale’s products chemical free?

All of Naturale’s products are free from parabens, dyes, mineral oils, sulfates, and all other synthetic ingredients.

Are products animal tested?

We do not test our product on animals. Our formulas are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

How do I get started?

We recommend starting with a Sample Kit on the Order Samples page. Please read through the description to see which service fits you and then order a sample of products that best fits your needs. This gives you the opportunity to test it out the quality and stability on different hair types. From there you can then make your selection on what products you would like to start with.

Can products be tested before buying in bulk?

Yes, we encourage you to purchase a sample kit from the Order Samples page to test out product before buying in bulk.

What is MOQs (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Currently the Minimum Order Quantity is 16 for Private Labeling and Manufacturing; and 1 gallons for Wholesale orders.

What ethnic background can the product be used for?

Naturale’ caters to creating products for all hair care types. We recommend all customers purchase a sample kit from the Order Samples page to test out product before buying in bulk.

Can customizations be made to products?

• Private Labeling orders customers are not allowed to customize if customization is needed please refer to the Manufacturing tab to create your own unique product.
• Manufacturing customers can suggest essential oils and fragrances they want the final product to be.
• Wholesale products are not able to be customized, they come in bulk as is. If customization is needed please refer to the Manufacturing tab to create your own unique product.

When product is customized, can I sample first?

• Currently, we do not send out samples of customized Private Label orders. Please order a sample kit on the Sample Kit tab to try out all products before buying in bulk.
• For Manufacturing orders, we do send a sample of the final product to test before sending out the final 16 quantity.

Does Naturale’ help with logo and label design?

Yes, we offer logo and label design, label printing and placing, and picture deals to help our customers thrive.

Does Naturale’ help label printing or marketing services?

Yes, we offer label printing and placing to receive your products sale-ready! We also offer package deals for product pictures to get brands started with social media content to launch with.

What’s the turnaround time for each order?

• Our turnaround times are 2-4 weeks for Private Labeling and Wholesale services.
• Our turnaround times are between 3-8 weeks for Manufacturing services.
• Please note that you may receive your order within 1-2 weeks but we give a notice of 2-4 weeks for Private Labeling and Wholesale services and 3-8 weeks for Manufacturing services in case demand is increased.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Does product need to be stored at a certain temperature?

We recommend storing product in a cool, dark, dry space at room temperature no lower than 70-72 degrees. Please do not freeze or heat product as that will compromise final product and shelf life.

What is the shelf life of products?

Product shelf life is 12 months; sometimes longer but keep it at 12 months from date received to be customer safe.

What if products or shipping packaging is defected?

If product or packaging is defected by shipping, we cannot remake and reship product at this time. If the actual product is defected, we will you send product back to investigate and remake. Investigation is necessary because all product goes through quality, stability, and shelf-life testing before leaving premises to ship.

We do not offer refunds on finished product at this time. All sales are final!
